Refund policy


We do not offer refunds for items. However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will provide a replacement or a solution. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at SUPPORT@toptopart.com with photos and details of the issue so we can assist you promptly.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a defective item, we will guide you through the process. Once the issue is verified, we can provide a replacement or instructions for the exchange.

Non-Returnable Items
All non-defective items cannot be returned. Certain products such as perishable goods, custom or personalized items, personal care products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gift cards are also non-returnable.

European Union 14-Day Exception
For orders shipped to the European Union, you may return defective items within 14 days of delivery. The same proof and documentation of the defect are required.
